Which mobo is better at overclocking ?

Asrock Z87 Fatal1ty Killer (8 power phase design)

or

Asrock Z87 Extreme4 (12 power phase design)

Theoretically the 12 power phase should be better , but I read that in real life tests the 8 power phase may prove a better overclocker

well I got the extreme 6 and so far its been good but when I was shopping around and looking things up I felt I needed to avoid the quailcom lan there was something about it that just did not go for me I prefer to stick with intel or realtek for that also I don't trust quailcom cause in my line of work anything with a quailcom device we nickname tattle tail.. and do I want that on my computer? and then is it a quailcom only supported device and with out them your stuck?? so that's just me .. good luck

I don't overclock any more and for what I read it looked like theres not much to gain due to haswells heat ... so that's something you will need to look at your self ... I just went with a 4670 non k and its doing the job for me but I know what I need and I look for stability above overclocking now a days for my self..
