My Windows 8.1 ProX64 have stopped opening for third time in last couple of months. If I use a guest account they work fine. Usually a system restore would fix it but now it says a anti-virus program is preventing it from accessing a needed file. Can I do a system restore in safe mode. Is there a solution as I see a lot of users with this problem. Thanks
