Im running 1.27v on a overclock with the 4670k I'm able to get 4.6ghz on 2 cores and 4.5ghz stable on the other two at that voltage, If i try to lock cores at 4.6 I become unstable, my temps are around 64c plus minus 1c per core. Would it be best to drop to 4.5ghz with cores locked, or stay where i'm at? Thanks!

4.6 and 4.5GHz really doesn't make a difference at all. If I were you, I'd go back down to 4.5 for stability reasons, but if you see the "need" to have that extra bit of power then you'd be fine staying at 4.6 as well. Temp wise, 64 is fine under stress but maybe something you'd want to look into if that at nearly no load. I advise a pre-built watercooler from Corsair.
I have the h80i and it works like a charm. Overclocked my i7 4770k to 4.7GHz and I have no stability issues or overheating at all.

Hope that helped!
