The intel option is faster, but the motherboard is pretty simple. It also lack USB 3.0 header in front, so you might want a different case that has only 2.0 in front, or add in card that has the header.

Much stronger i5, better motherboard, and a MSI 270x

I will just assume you live closer to microcenter..

Corei5 4670k + MSI z87 bundle $244.98
GTX750Ti 150$

Carbide 200R-- $60
8gb ram 70$
Power supply 60$
Dvd player 20$

610$ plus tax

The motherboard I chose for AMD is the best 970 board you can get. You would have to get a 990fxa-ud3 or an Asus 990fx board to get anything remotely better. The ram I chose was the least expensive on the list for 8gb kits when I put that together. I would stick with 1600. Stock heatsink sucks for fx 6300, you will want an aftermarket cooler. The i5 solution is still faster, regardless.

just a small doubt is it enough if a processor is enough. dont the ram,gpu and processor work in sync at the lowest frequency. i thinks this a dumb question but i am noob. also what about a cooler master cabinet and any 8 core cpu since i think of having this for atleast the next 4years. can i cut back on the gpu to get a better cpu and upgrade the gpu after another year. the amd processor is 3.5GHz and 6 core how is it is slower than intel. can you give a motherboard in intel or amd since gigabyte doesn't have a service center in my country. hte psu available is only corsair.will the performance be drastically different if i go for a 1333MHz RAM

The i5 would be better regardless of cores/clock rate. Intel has better single thread performance, and performs better in games and general computing. You can't just look at the clock rate and core numbers, you have to look at everything. And no, components don't work together by taking the lowest denominator. If that was true, CPUs still wouldn't be any faster than 1.2GHz or so at stock lol It's all different kinds of hardware and interfaces.

Corsair makes fine power supplies, just be sure to get a good one. Stay away from the VS series if you can. The CX would be acceptable, but the AX/GS/HX/TX would be ideal.
