How did I do for a first gaming rig?

Been wanting a pc and worked out a deal on local craigslist... Traded an older Xbox 360 I never used anymore(have a Xbox one now) and $375 for this...

I think did alright... For as little as I know about pc's... Figured only out the money as the 360 has been collecting dust since I bought my one. Thoughts? Areas I may want to change/upgrade? Thinking I should get a ssd drive to add to it then it'll be good to go, but should I pick up another stick of ram or leave it be? Haven't played anything on it yet... Gotta get my office rearranged and my desk built!

Looks pretty good, 8GB of DRAM is good, a SSD will be a great upgrade

Any suggestions on how big of a ssd I should get or a specific brand... Just from what ive read they've come a long way as far as reliability ect but are there certain brands to stay awayfrom ect?

Might look at the SAMsung EVO in a about 120 (if not using a ton of apps) or a 250ish
