HD 5870 MSI Lightining Broken Capacitor

I have an Msi Hd 5870 lighting and a capacitor was burn off. I would really need some help on identyfying the broken capacitor so i can replace it. The capacitor is the one at the bottom right on a black box and located on the B200 position on the board. The fans on starting the pc do not work.Thank you in advance for your help

thats a tough one. you could try solder it short and see what happens, it might not be a critical component, i have done this before but it is not without risk, and could cause instability or permanent damage, only try as a last resort if you have nothing to lose. As for identifying it, from this picture i cant make out any markings on it, if there are any, you would have to ask the manufacturer.
