AFAIK You SHOULD see an increased load on the card with a second monitor plugged in. Otherwise the output is going to suffer. It's like expecting your car to go faster after setting the cruise control. You gotta step on the gas to get more speed.

Hey there, I actually have the same problem as you about the load. I dont have any tearing or stuttering but my card runs always at full clock speed, with 0% load on the gpu. Could it be a 560 ti defect or its like that for everyone else?
