After a few posts on the forums and extensive reading, I have narrowed my decision down to 4 different configurations for my first custom build. I would like some outside voices on which one is the best.
Note: I may be OCing later, but not now. If I do I will pick up a aftermarket cooler first, so not important now. I am working with a strict $1520 budget. I will be doing primarily gaming. I will likely add 2 more monitors for a 3 monitor system down the road, only one monitor needed now. There is a Microcenter combo (for some reason PartsPicker won't let me add it) for the Extreme4 mobo and the i5 4670k for $40 off. Finally, I do not have any experience with AMD beyond what I have learned in the past month or so, if you see anything wrong with the system please tell me (also, there is a sale right now for $50+ off the AMD GPU, ignore that please it ends before I will buy the card).

The builds are focused around the GPU, so I thought it fitting I organized them by GPU.

I would go with the gtx 780 build but with a different power supply for any of the builds. The Corsair CX uses cheap chinese capacitors that are more prone to failure. For the types of builds you are going for, you definitely don't want to skimp too much on the power supply. Look for Seasonic, XFX, or Corsair AX/HX/TX series. Basically go for this:

Edit: the Corsair HX sale ends tomorrow so you probably wouldn't get that one. Just look for a XFX or Seasonic power supply with 600w+ and you will be safe.

Without even looking at the builds I personally would go with the 780 build. The extra cost of the ti isn't worth the small boost you would get (IMO) plus it will be easier and cheaper to sli at a later date.
