Quick Look over this build

Hey everyone, I would just like to have you guys do a quick look over this build for a friend.

I would like to keep overclocking capabilities because he is considering getting watercooling. Also, if he was to go this route, can you recommend a decent watercooler?

A motherboard with sli capabilities is preferred.

I want to try and keep a decent enough power supply to allow sli if he decides to go that route in the future.

Feel free to recommend amd cards
