This should be more than enough for those. However it might lose a little bit of performance (however only marginally) as streaming utilizes every core available to it.

This is about 200 bucks more than what you wanted but it's honestly worth it. I seriously recommend getting a 1 TB HD as well, to store your programs on. The 250 gig ssd might be overkill as well, but if you plan to put your programs on it and then your os, then it should be fine. This build is just focused to me, is just focused on upgrades. When you have more money, you can put in a better motherboard and bigger psu.

I didnt choose the 4670k because i knew i am not going to oc because of how small the case is, and thats the same reason that i choose a 240gb ssd. Also, the psu has to be sfx to fit in the case.

Well the case I linked is a fantastic case. That's why I recommend it to everyone. I put on the 4670k just in case you want to overclock or whatever. Also, it will fit the ssd and hd I linked, and the psu.

Ummm...It's a Mini-ITX Slim so it's meant to be as small as possible..? As long as you don't operate it within a backpack then you're fine. Also the OP said nothing about portability and since he's in college he won't be needing his PC anywhere else unless he wants a LAN/Steam box.

I understand he want's it to be small, but honestly. The 250D is a pimp case for the price, and will be smaller and offer more compatibility than the case the other linked case.

For $22 more, this is a lot better. More cpu power, better chipset, more reliable ssd, and a psu better suited for your needs. I wouldn't put a 350w with a R9 270.

Yes, I want it to fit in a backpack so it would be really easy to carry it to LAN parties.

I know the 250D won't fit in a backpack, but I'd advise you to carry it, not in a backpack. For the money, I'd tell you to get it. You can fit any gpu you want, a SSD and video card, and an h100i and alot more.
