Not bad at all.
I would switch out the Barracuda Seagate for a WD Caviar Blue 1TB hard drive.
I've had many Seagate HDDs fail in the past, while every WD drive lives to this day.

Also what is your budget?
A GTX 760 might be a better option for you. The card below has better performance in games, and is only a few dollars more.
