Hello everyone, I'm making my first build and I'd love some input on it. I've been debating on what parts I should pick and here's what I narrowed it down to:

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3Ll93
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($219.99 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: NZXT HAVIK 140 90.3 CFM CPU Cooler ($59.98 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($145.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($76.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Samsung 840 EVO 250GB 2.5" Solid State Disk ($139.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.43 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB Superclocked ACX Video Card ($479.99 @ NCIX US)
Case: NZXT Phantom 530 (White) ATX Full Tower Case ($110.50 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair CSM 550W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($79.99 @ Micro Center)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer ($19.98 @ OutletPC)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (OEM) (64-bit) ($89.98 @ OutletPC)
Case Fan: Corsair Air Series AF120 White 52.2 CFM 120mm Fan ($12.99 @ Amazon)
Total: $1490.80

I don't plan on doing any overclocking but I still chose the Intel 4670K just to have the option for only $10 more. Don't know whether I'm gonna stick with Windows 8.1 64-Bit or get Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit. I'm gonna be using this computer for lots of gaming and photo editing; I've looked up a lot of parts and done some research, but I'm new to this and would appreciate any comments/suggestions!
