Computer Build. Need advice.

Hey everyone,
I am completely new to computers. I have an old piece of junk that can barely run diablo 3. I just graduated and finally have the funds to buy a nicer computer. I am looking to spend 1000-1300ish. I have two builds from cyberpowerpc I am considering and want feedback on which one is better. I would also like to know where I am wasting money or making dumb mistakes. Any advice on maximizing the gamer experience for the money would be appreciated. Just a side note, I do not want to build my own at this point… I barely know anything about computers except that they are fun to play. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

I would suggest your first system as i don't trust your power supply in the second one as the no brand power supplies aren't always reliable and sometimes don't provide all the power, the first system also gives you a ssd and a hard drive which should give you after boot times for windows. You also get a cooler master key board and mouse. But you also get a aaa mouse so you should take one off unless you need two. As the cooler master is a mouse keyboard combo unit. This would also make this one cheaper,chat is why I believe the first system is better.
