Rosewill Hyperborea 140mm vs. Akasa Viper 140mm?

I'm planning on buying a corsair H110 to go with a NZXT G10 for my next GPU and I either want to 1. replace the stock fans. 2.add two fans for a push-pull setup. or 3. replace the stock fans and add another two for a push-pull. So after hours of searching online, I've come to these two fans: the Rosewill Hyperborea 140mm and the Akasa Viper 140mm. I've read all about the Scythe GT's but they're not available where I live, so I had to find another solution. Does anybody know which one would be a better fan? I prefer performance to noise and am willing to take a louder fan for better temps, but only for a noticeable difference.

I would go viper over the other one. They run about 3.12 static pressure as opposed to the rosewill at 2.75 I think. The vipers would push more air through all those h110 fins. Those would be my choice.
