Hello, I am trying to build a gaming PC that gets really good performance. My current list (down below) is about 760 dollars and I need your help to get it below 700.
I know that the motherboard is expensive but I would like to keep that due to high upgrade path in the future.
Thank you.

CPU: AMD Athlon x4 760k
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
MOBO: MSI A88X-G45
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB Superclocked
Case: Corsair Carbide series 300R windowed ATX
PSU: SeaSonic S12G 550W

Your build shown is $797.45 btw, not $760.
Personally don't like MSI boards and I think you can get a better CPU.

I tried my best to build around your GPU. It's 33% of your budget atm, but I'll leave it up to you if you want to find something a bit cheaper.
The case you can swap out for something around the same price that fits your preference.

In the future, it'd be nice if you could provide the following info http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/353572-31-build-upgrade-advice

So people don't have to be mind readers trying figure out builds :p
