I'm looking for the best value, with no particular budget in mind, that fits with the components I've already purchased. Accessories, operating system, & monitor are already purchased. Also, I'm looking for any red flags you might notice in my build, compatibility wise, or substitutions I can make, to reduce my costs, but not lose any features or performance.

Below is hardware that I've already purchased (the SSD isn't great, but i'm salvaging it from my laptop, so it's free).

CPU: Intel i5-4430 ($107)
VIDEO: Radeon R9 280 3GB ($190)
MOBO: ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Killer ($94)
HDD: WD 3.5" 3TB Internal ($89)
SDD: 120GB Kingston SSDNow V300 (Free)
CASE: Corsair Carbide 500R ($60)

Total so far is $620

I need the following components to complete this build:

RAM: ?
PSU: ?

Thanks! :wahoo:

A 600 watt psu and 8gb ram and you ll be fine.

btw if you plan to overclock go with an amd fx6300 and if you want to run applications faster utilise the 6 cores of fx6300 in comparison to the i5-4430.
Keep in mind the i5 has better single core performance.

G.SKILL Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) should be fine with your motherboard to my knowledge
