Can't receive password reset e-mails

I have tried multiple times within the last hour (May 18th, 2014, up until about 15:30 UTC), with two different e-mails and accounts (second created just so I could test it and post here). I just can't receive the reset e-mails. My primary account's e-mail is on Yahoo (@yahoo.co.uk) and this temporary account's is with Microsoft (@hotmail.com).

I did receive the confirmation e-mail when I created this account (took a while so I had already requested a new e-mail confirmation message, but still: it did arrive.)

My thoughts is either Tom's has problems sending the messages, or two separate e-mail operators are blocking them. Could someone with Tom's Hardware look into this? (I couldn't find a direct error reporting link on the site.)

Secondarily, I think the FAQ for the site should have a section for login problems, including the e-mail sending address that the site uses. This way it would be easier to report any erroneous blocking to e-mail operators. (I hadn't saved any earlier e-mails from Tom's Hardware so the only way I could find out the e-mail was to create another account.)
