No matter what I do my ports will not open.

So basically I've been trying to open port so me and some pals can play minecraft and some other games but no matter what I seem to do my ports will not open.

If anyone sees something I've done wrong or somewhere I have made a mistake I would greatly appreciate some advice.

The only things that look funny to me are the External IP and the Local IP. The external IP should be blank with no text in the field. The local IP should be the IP address of your local Minecraft server, also with no other text in the field.

For the external address try putting in 0.0.0.0

I had the same problem. Eventually I discovered that it only happens while I have another forwarding rule for the same ports with a different IP. If I modify the existing rule for whatever IP I need then I'm ok, but new rules can be created only for other ports.
