Deleted 50gigs of harddrive space from 2 games yet i only gained 30 gigs of free space?

Where can I find these files or where ever crap they left behind so I can get my full 50gigs back on my hard drive? Or maybe there is a software that will do it?

I have done it twice with reboots and restarts on the primary drive that had it. Yet I only gained 4gigs of memory. Which were from old updates. Im still missing another 15gigs of my memory that is still being used up.

as in heading to my computer and going to properties and checking the "compress this drive"? or are you talking about compressing files and such

Yes exactly. It takes more CPU power to read compressed files, so do it sparingly or just on rarely used or bulk stuff like music. You don't want the compression to slow your computer down. I messed around with this stuff after reading this article a couple years ago. I didn't have any issues.

Okay I will do this to the files I don't use as much. Thank you this is a help but still looking for that memory that is still being used by the deleted game.
