Alright, so I'm trying to build my first pc and I could really use some help to finalize my components. I plan on using the computer for gaming and light work (Microsoft Office).
Here are some specifics:

$1200 Budget
60fps at 1080p
Not planning on overclocking
Would prefer air-cooling
Would obviously want durable & reliable parts

Here is what I've come up with http://pcpartpicker.com/user/RedOmen/saved/4LDr. Feel free to make adjustments or come up with something entirely different (would like to keep the Air 540 case). The concerns that I really have are mostly with the motherboard, power supply, and the cpu cooler, but honestly want my entire build to be criticized and adjusted for efficiency and reliability. I'm new to pc building but not entirely ignorant of its concepts.

Changes-
GTX 770, better than the 750 ti.
XFX PSU, more reputable brand, cheaper.
WD 1 TB HDD, I've had issues with Seagate HDDs in the past.

That cooler is one of the most popular CPU coolers out there. It cools nicely and cheaply.
Motherboard may be a bit overkill, but it allows for future upgrades.
This will get the job done for a few years. If you have any questions just ask!

Thank-you very much for the input. One of the things that I was worried about was trying to find parts from manufacturers that are reliable as it can be difficult to do without actually having some components from that brand or manufacturer.
