Hmm... I'm thinking that's very close. Your gpu is REALLY holding back the rest of your pc but I think you might be able to play minimum settings minimum resolution

Minimum requirements for gpu is a 460 which is probably similar but a bit better than yours

To be honest, I highly doubt that. Your CPU is good, your GPU, on the other hand, just like many have said, is terrible. You might, just might, be able to run the game on minimum settings, but that's a big maybe.

Also, don't get your hopes up, the game was a big disappointment to many fans, including me.

you can't because watch dogs supports only directx 11 video cards your video card supports directx10 games
