PC Formatting Help

Hey Guys! Raymond here, About a month ago my pc started to freeze while playing league of legends and it has gotten really annoying as it is getting unbereable and i feel i want to format my laptop however, I don't have my OS disc anymore since i bought my laptop years ago. I am getting my new pc in about a month so is there a way i can format it easily with no disc? If not is there a way i can make it become faster maybe? Thanks Guys! <3 It is a Toshiba laptop not the best specs but it didn't use to freeze so i know its not entirely the pc specs not being able to run the game.

you can download the ISO for the OS and use your product key to install Windows
