Hi,

I have this: http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/BenQ_GL2450H-24_LED_1920x1080_HDMI_black_9H.LC9LA.DBE/version.asp

It says Digital Vertical Frequency: 50-76Hz, but the options don't display that:

Why would this be?

Regards,
Jared.

As said, it's 60Hz at 1080p.

The 76Hz capability would be at the LOWEST resolution most likely such as 800x600.

You MAY have a reason to use 50Hz in some games when supported (rare), but you won't have a reason to use anything but 1920x1080 @60Hz for the desktop.
