Looking for a motherboard that is compatible with my other parts (NEED HELP)

Hey everyone, I just need to ask you guys of a few things. I am making a computer and I need a motherboard(85$ or under). I would like a Asus or gigabyte motherboard(If you could find one in black and red that would be great).

I personally would choose the Asus board as it has a better color scheme. I through out the H97 board if you were interested in a 97 board as it has a lot more features than 87 boards but is more expensive.

I would recommend the I5-4570 CPU rater than the I5-4440. It is a better CPU for virtually the same price.
