High CPU Temps When Idle

I have a msi gt60 dominator 424. I bought it from USA to India.
My problem is that when using utorrent for some downloading and google chrome for some moderate browsing my CPU temps are around 65 degree Celsius. Are these temps ok?
It is using the integrated hd graphics while using the desktop. The dedicated gpu only comes into action when playing a demanding game.

Between average temperature in my country these days is around 40 degree celsius.

Specs:
i7 4800mq
Gtx 870m (only switches on when playing demanding games)
16gb Ram
1TB HDD
256GB SSD

It's quite a normal temperature for that particular CPU.
A lot of people have been talking about this CPU being hot as hell, so you shouldn't be worried. I'd recommend you to buy a cooler for your laptop to put under, it will definitely decrease the temperatures overall.
