CPU Have Aa Problem

my computer booted by windows 8.1. After nearly 2 month so worked good my computer. But Disk usage is 100% all time. one day cpu is stuked and i reset computer. bios is american megatrend. bios was show the overcloking faeild. Then hardisk was broken. I replace my hardisk. But I Can not Boot it With Win 7 or 8. It can boot with windows xp. What is the problem. Please help me.
