Feedback on First Build Specs

Hey everyone,

I'm going to be building my first PC. I've been trying to do research on my own, and I think i'm going to be ordering the parts within the next couple of days if the feedback is positive.

I will be doing a lot of gaming on this PC and a lot of media streaming.

My total budget is around $2000. Any suggestions are more than welcome.

4x 4GB's is better than 2x 8GB's.

1. Do you really need the 4770k vs a xeon processor? Also, do you need the features of the sabertooth, will you actually get your money worth.
2. a hyper 212 won't handle the heat of a moderately OC 4770k.
3. 4x4 is not better, only if you have a quad channel memory controller, Otherwise 2x8 is better.
4. Why spend the money on a black HDD when you have a SSD anyways? Also, $200 for a 250 EVO is too much.

It's a fine build, just poorly optimized.
