Looking for advice on purchasing a new video card

Hey guys. I'm looking for a new video card on a budget. Ideally, I'd like to spend <$200, but if the difference is dramatic enough, I'd be willing to go up to $250. I have my eyes on the EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti (2GB). It's within my budget and has good reviews.

Right now I'm running ATI Radeon HD 5450

AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 945 processor
8.2GB RAM
300W power supply

you will need to upgrade your power-supply to be able to run newer GPU's, that one is tiny for the card your looking at I would say 300W is the minimum I would try and get away with, 500W would make me feel safe using it

Your PSU is fine for the GTX 750 Ti. The new Maxwell GPU is a cool, low power unit that sips power (60W). Nvidia specifically sells that gfx card for OEM machines with 300W PSUs.
