i have got MSI 770 C-45 AMD Athlon II X2 250 , and an ATI hd 6670 .
Should i get a higher GPU maybe like the HD 7750 and stick with my current MoBo and CPU ? or stick with the current GPU (HD 6670) and get a new CPU (like Core i3 or maybe AMD FX-6300) and a new fitting MoBo ?
I intend to play Watch Dogs and The Division , Thanks in advance

You won't be able to play either of those games with your current system and anything you upgrade will be bottlenecked by the older components. I would not waste your money upgrading your GPU to anything less than a GTX660 if you plan to play those games. You can get the MSI 660 OC right now at newegg for $160 and it comes with a free copy of Watch Dogs. Can't beat that deal. For the CPU, I'd recommend an i5 or an AMD FX 8XXX CPU. An i3 will run those games fine, but for about $60 more to jump to an i5, you can rest assured that your cpu won't limit you for your next few graphics card upgrades.

If you have the cash: i5 4670 + GTX760
If on a very tight budget: i3 4130 + GTX660

so the ati radeon hd 6670 isn't enough ? even if i buy the core i3 4130 ? because i can't afford buying a new MoBo , new Cpu and new GPU all at once , so maybe i will get the core i3 and the fitting MoBo , and stick with the current Gpu for a bit , what do u think?

No, the 6670 won't even give you a playable framerate at the very lowest settings. If you are going to upgrade anything first, i'd upgrade the GPU. Since you are obviously on a tight budget, get that 660 so you can get watchdogs for free. You will be limited by your cpu, but should still be able to run it at a framerate in the 20s at medium to low settings. Then upgrade the rest when you can.

Here is a link to the 660 I am referring to: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

alright thanks a lot man , it s just that i have seen many contradicting opinions , so i am just a bit confused :)  , i may get that gtx 660 but would it fit on my MoBo MSI 770 C45 ? also , i have just checked and it seems that Watch dogs requires a Quad core cpu , hard decision to make anyway :D  what do u think ?

See if you can get a cheap Phenom Quad on ebay and maybe an older gen graphics card there are some bargains to be had there. Though that 660 would be a seriously good buy if still available.

If your board has a pci express slot, then it will fit. For needing a quad core for watch dogs, several publications have done benchmarks with dual core cpus, so it will obviously run with less than a quad core.
