AMD Cpu Temp 60 + degrees?!!!

Hey guys so i am playing deadpool for pc and well i usually check my pc temp and when i did using HWmonitor it was 63 degrees and when i slid my hand accross the case, it was really hot
Now i use Onboard graphics for now, could not having a gpu be the cause for this heat?

what is your CPU specific model number. 63C is hot for some and just warm for others. My AMD runs 80C under full load and is still in its safe range (105 is my CPU max but I would never push it past 85C with my overclocking)
