So this forum was quite helpful in the last build I put together, so I though I would run my next build by you guys. The next build is for a general purpose office computer.

Here are the parts:
Intel Core i5 4440
Gigabyte H97 D3H
WD HDD 1.0 TB
Kingston Hyper-X 4GB RAM
Corsair VS650 650W power supply
No Graphics Card

My goal is to put together a cheap rig that will last me a while, the last computer we had ran without problems for about 10 years.

Please let me know what you think about the rig and if you guys would suggest any changes. My budget is around 500US$ and the parts I listed above fit into my budget perfectly leaving room for an inexpensive case.

Thanks a lot for your help.

That looks fine. If you want to lower the cost slightly, then you could get an i3 cpu which is still fine for normal casual uses.
You don't need a 650W. 350W would still be fine if you don;t plan to add any gpu in the future.

Ok, I will definitely consider the CPU and power supply downgrade. I was mainly worried about the motherboard and CPU choice since I couldn't find any reviews of either these things online.
