Recommended upgrade from a GTX 560 Ti (budget not an issue)?

Hi all,

Wondering if you guys could recommend a suitable upgrade from a GTX 560 Ti. My current setup is;

i7 2600 (non K)
Asus P8P67 Deluxe
GTX 560 Ti
12GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
Corsair 650W PSU (will upgrade if need be)

I live in the UK, and my preferred websites for purchasing parts are;

Amazon
Newegg
Ebuyer
Novatech
Scan

I feel my rig isn't that aged where I need a complete upgrade? But I've noticed slight stutter playing games on very high settings lately, and equated that to my GPU not being able to handle recent games anymore. Money isn't an issue, so I'd like a graphics card that can handle max/highest settings in games and I'd like something that'll keep me going for a year or so?

Thanks in advance.

I would recommend upgrading your CPU as well:

Non overclock:

Overclock:

If you want to save a little money on the GPU:

NVIDIA GPU (get the 4GB) :

AMD (this is an amazing deal, highly recommended) :

I would also upgrade you Mobo, especially if you are going to overclock:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157503&cm_re=Z97_extreme-_-13-157-503-_-Product

These are pretty high end specs but if money is no issue then go for it. I'm here if you have any questions. Good luck :)

Thanks for your suggestions. Done a bit of research on those you mentioned and was leaning more toward Asus, as I've heard that their DirectCU II apparently keeps the card very cool under load.

I was actually considering a complete system upgrade, but I was hoping I could get a few more months out of this rig. That's a nice set up you've suggested. In regards to the CPU, is there a particular reason you would choose the i5 4670K over the i7 4770K, considering it performs better and money isn't an issue?

I know there's not really such a thing as "future proof" when it comes to custom builds, but If, and when I rebuild my rig, I want it to perform well with most things I throw at it for a few years. I really appreciate your help :)

When your gaming the i5 4770K will preform the same at the i7 4770K because most games do not take advantage of hyperthreading, but if you overclock, the i7 will preform better. So if money is no object, go for the i7 :)
