I had settled on the Asus model but now the MSI has gone on sale and the two EVGA cards are both $10 cheaper. Can't decide!

Asus - $320 - http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=100003150...
MSI (OC) - $320 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
EVGA (OC) - $330 - http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=100003150...
EVGA (OC) (dual bios) - $340 - http://www.ncixus.com/products/?usaffiliateid=100003150...

EVGA dual bios might be different from the other evga card in other ways than just the dual bios, but that's all I noticed different. Prices are after any rebates. All 4 come with Watch Dogs. Help me decide? :D

the dual bios card is for if you want to flash a custom bios onto the second bios position. if your not going for very high overclocks then skip it.

evga, msi, gigabyte, asus... in that order. but if one of them is much cheaper, then get it.... they are all good cards from trusted manufactures.

since you didn't link the gigabyte, here it is....

not counting boost clocks, the asus is clocked at 1.04ghz out of the box, the msi is at 1.10ghz, the evga is at 1.11ghz, and the gigabyte is clocked the highest out of the bunch out of the box at 1.14ghz. if your not planning on manually overclocking, the gigabyte would give you slightly more performance. they should all be make it well above 1.2ghz if you overclock.

I don't plan on overclocking it myself, but (I think) all the cards I linked to except asus come pre-OCed.

Is the extra price worth it go get a 4gb card solely in case games become more vram hogging (I use 1080p monitor so not worried about that)? I'm ready to purchase the 2gb asus card tonight but I want to make sure I don't need the 4gb for the future. :)

no. the price currently for 4gb gtx770s is around $370 or even higher. you can purchase a much stronger amd r9-290 for $400 or so which also has 4gb of vram. also, if you are playing at 1080p, 2gb is fine anyways.

$370 for the 4gb gigabyte windforce gtx770...

though admittedly, the amd card does not come with watchdogs for free... so if that is a game that you plan on buying/want to play, you would have to add maybe $30-40 to the total price. you can currently find a download code else where for around $40, but in the near future, 1-2 months, its very likely you would find watchdogs on sale via download around $35.
