Hello,
Here is a link for R9 270 variants available on Amazon. I wonder why Sapphire R9 270 is less expensive (up to $30 less) than other versions? And could you please tell me which one is the best?
Also, is it worth it to upgrade to R9 270X?

Thanks.

The R9 270 is evidently a great overclocker, able to equal or surpass the stock R9 270x. I wouldn't advise spending the extra money for the letter "x". Specifications are nearly identical with the exception of clock speed.

I personally consider Sapphire to be the best Radeon card vendor out the bunch and would choose them over any other vendor , price permitting.

It could be cheaper for a number of different factors including but not limited to the Heat sink and fan. The HSF could be compatible with a multitude of cards that they manufacture making it lower in cost than ones that require a ground up design or modifications. Or they may just be really competitive in that segment.

The Sapphire R9 270 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I0D81OG is an excellent all around card. Sapphire is my favorite manufacturer of AMD cards because they offer the best support and quality for the money. I've owned 3 Sapphire's and all have been reliable and overclocked very well.

It is cheaper due to Amazon deciding to lower the price of that particular product.

Thanks guys. There is also SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 270. What's the difference between that and SAPPHIRE R9 270 Dual-X?

A slightly better cooler on the vapour X but either is fine really.
