When ever I start any game, from chess to Rome 2 my computer immediately shuts down and restarts. I have swapped out video cards, swapped the cards between the different slots, swapped around power connectors and reinstalled drivers several times. I have verified that my 12V rails are at 12v but it would appear that as soon as a game starts or load on the video cards the computer will power down. It does the same thing when I hit start on FURMARK. Any suggestions?

Video Card: GTX 550 but I have put in GTS 250s also and GTX 460 and they all do the same thing

All temperatures are normal prior to starting a game. This morning as soon as I hit the start button on furmark I saw a screen then it shutdown and restarted.
