I am currently debating over whether i should get a CPU or SSD for an upgrade. My budget is really tight right now and I can only afford one of the two items. I would appreciate it very much if I could play most of the next generation games on high or ultra settings if I do plan to upgrade. My current system as of right now is:

Item/Part

NZXT Source 210
AMD FX-4300 OC'd to 4.5GHZ Stable
Logisys CPU Cooler
Corsair 8GB RAM
ASrock 970 Motherboard
WD Caviar Black 2TB HDD
WD 750GB HDD
LG DVD-RW Burner
NZXT Hale82 V2 Power Supply
EVGA 670 Video Card
3 NZXT High Performing Fans

Thanks for the help!

either go for the fx8320 cpu or go intel with an i5+motherboard depending if you want to overclock it or not, an SSD would make things more snappy but wouldn't help you play games at a higher setting. Whichever company you end up going with, I'd def. say CPU over SSD upgrade. You could get a cheap 120gb for ~70 bucks to throw your OS on later.
