If I were to get two 780ti's SC and bought a 1440p monitor, or get the 1440p 120hz from ASUS whenever it is released, will be able to hold a steady 60FPS in modern games, or should I just wait for better GPU's that can handle higher resolutions?
Also, I know MSAA can be dropped lower, or even completely off with higher resolutions, so I know that will help.
Im on 1 780 gtz gigabyte ghz and in most maps on bf4 i hold average 60-75 fps with dips in the high 40's low 50's
i have a qnix 1440 clocked at 100hz and it is sweet.
2 SC is overkill you would nearly get vsync on witch would be sweet.
you could get 1 780ti and try it if you want more just add another later
i would expect 2 780ti's to have low frame dips of 60-70 at worst and prob average over 110 fps
My vram on bf4 sits around 2400-2600 on ultra 4xmsaa and runs sweet.
i would go for a 6gb to be a little safer as reviews show watchdogs eat ram and im sure there will be more titles to come that do the same
other games so far sit over 100fps solid eg dirt showdown, crysis 2, MOH, bf3
havent got watchdogs but it would take a hit
