Iam building a PC please Help

i'm building a pc and i have chosen two computers
i'm very confused i asked alot of people and i can't choose the better one (sorry for bad english)

so the first one was :

with total 6355 l.e

and the second was :

with total 6130 l.e
i will make a crossfire between the card with the processor "r7 260x" and the other card "R9 270x" i think that r7 260 x and r9 270x crossfired are much better than gtx 760 but core i5-4670 is much better than amd a10-7850 k so in your openion which is better and why ?! thx for reading

The Intel build its stronger and more reliable. Why? Because you are not using sli or crossfire, many games don't accept or run fine with sli or crossfire in them, also the I5 is atleast 30% stronger than the AMD cpu, and many games are starting to use 4 cores now. While both cpus are Quads the intel is faster and gives you more performance.

PD: Dont get Coolermaster psu, only : Antec, Corsair or Seasonic.

The i5 build is better in every way except I don't think it's psu is good or strong enough.
