Windows 8 is failing to boot! Help!

Hi, this morning I turned on my computer and got this screen.

Nothing has been disconnected despite what it says, and the keyboard doesn't work. I can't press F8 for more boot option and I can't press Enter to retry the boot.

I just don't know what to do.

Any ideas?


Edit: I tried to get to my boot screen, to boot from the Windows 8 disc and try a repair or maybe a system restore, but either my keyboard doesn't work (I've tried another just in case) or it's not registering the key press.

Edit 2: I just tried unplugging all USB devices but the problem remains the same.

i think thus is due to a faulty boot sector
try these methods one by one.
1.Boot from Windows install disc
2.Click Next in the setup page after you select your language, time and keyboard input
3.Click Repair your computer and select Troubleshoot
4.Click on Advanced options
5.Select Automatic Repair and select your operating system.

if automatic system repair doesn't solve then you can rebuild the BCD manually.
1.Boot from your install disc
2.Click on Repair your computer after you go through language, time etc.
3.Select your Windows installation drive, which is usually C:\, and click Next
4.Choose Command Prompt when the System Recovery Options box appears
5.Write the following command and press Enter
afterwards: bootrec /rebuildbcd

I can't boot from anything. The mobo post screen won't register any keys. I can't access the boot menu nor the bios, and the computer seems to skip the Windows DVD when looking for boot-able drives.

OK I fixed it lol, don't know how or why. I? pressed the Go2Bios button on my motherboard, this allowed me to go and set my DVD drive as boot option 1 and the HD as 2. When I rebooted, the computer skipped booting from the disc and booted the HD fine.

So it's all fixed lol.
