Ideally, you would want to use a quad-core CPU.

eeh i know that it is crap and now i have started upgrading my pc.This week comes my gtx 750 ti and i will upgrade the processor too

well i got the gtx 750 not the ti and i can play on ultra with 30 fps but cuz of the proccesor it freezes for a couple of seconds.....

There is a patch coming out from Ubisoft and they will be improving the game.

I wouldn't play this game on ultra with a 750.

well yeah i know i am always comparing them with the help of that website but im just asking if the q9650 will be able to keep up and not freeze for a couple of seconds like the dual core e5700

I have a pretty powerful computer , but mine freezes too , right now it's all about luck until ubisoft finishes the patch, you should really get the i5 or i7 if you have the budget to do so too decrease overall lag and stop most of the freezing.

im asking about the q 9650 cuz that is the best processor that my motherboard can support... I know that it is old but this summer i will probably get enough money to buy a new motherboard,a new processor 8 gb of ram and a fine psu.
The first thing that came to my mind was the intel i3 i5 and i7 but the mb doesnt support them soo im fucked for now ;o
P.S: i dont really care about watch dogs :D im just waiting for rockstar to announce gta 5 on pc ;p
