You will not get a smooth 30fps with that processor, even on lowest settings. Driving around in watch dogs will not be fun for you.

That's already remarkable, because according to Toms hardware review, even an I3-3220 (more than twice as powerful) with a titan, only averages 32fps

There is a patch coming out from Ubisoft and they will be improving the game.

I wouldn't play this game on ultra with a 750.

Try this , it will compare your specs to the SR set by ubisoft automatically , all you need is JAVA. Click " Can I Run it" And it will show results.

well yeah i know i am always comparing them with the help of that website but im just asking if the q9650 will be able to keep up and not freeze for a couple of seconds like the dual core e5700

I have a pretty powerful computer , but mine freezes too , right now it's all about luck until ubisoft finishes the patch, you should really get the i5 or i7 if you have the budget to do so too decrease overall lag and stop most of the freezing.

im asking about the q 9650 cuz that is the best processor that my motherboard can support... I know that it is old but this summer i will probably get enough money to buy a new motherboard,a new processor 8 gb of ram and a fine psu.
The first thing that came to my mind was the intel i3 i5 and i7 but the mb doesnt support them soo im fucked for now ;o
P.S: i dont really care about watch dogs :D  im just waiting for rockstar to announce gta 5 on pc ;p
