A10 7700K + 7770 Dual Graphics, Is it possible? Also Overclocking the A10 7700K

So the A10 7700K I know is compatible in a dual Graphics setup with the R7 250. The r7 250x is a rebranded 7770.

Since the R7 250 and the R7 250X are...How should I put this, of the same GPU Family. My question is, would the 7770 and A10 7700K be compatible in a dual Graphics Setup?

I already own a VTX3D 7770. The rest of my Specs will be (if I decide to go A10 7700K), NZXT Phantom 240, AMD A10 7700K APU, Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo, Asus A88XM-PLUS socket FM2+ Motherboard, XFX 850W bronze PSU, Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD, Seagate 7200RPM 2TB HDD.

Also what's a good overclock that can be achieved on the A10 7700K? I know the Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo is a capable Cooler since it can get around 4.5Ghz on the FX 8320.

Short answer is no. AMD does not support that. Now i have heard rumors of people doing dual graphics with not supported hardware but i cant confirm any of it. I just never interested me enough to seriously look into it. perhaps someone else can give more insight into that. As far as buying a apu i would say dont do it. if you had one and wanted to improve performance then i would say dual run but as far a building a system like that from scratch its not a good idea. its like sliing out the gate. It simply is not recommended for various reason that are all over this forum.

As far as cpu coolers go the evo is the best bang for your buck. the pinnacle of cpu cooling goes to noctua however. as far as your outlined build goes you are spending a lot of money for a build based around a 7770 which is not a very good card
