I read that to use the Xeon Phi coprocessor board in my case a 5110P one must enter the BIOS settings application, go to the page for for PCI and then enable Memory Mapped IO above 4GB.

The ASUS Maximus VI Impact BIOS has no such option. I am hoping that since this motherboard seems very advanced to me that it may address above 4GB just as normal operation and therefore it is not an issue.

Does anyone know if that is the case or if not is there another way to do this.

Thanks, Mike Price

I appologize that I did not state all the information. The memory (8 Gigabytes) is on the Xeon Phi coporcessor board that plugs into the PCI slot. The MMIO parameter which would fall under the PCI settings in the BIOS is to configure the PCI (driver/manager/?) to recognize above 4 gigabites of memory. I have googled trying to find this but no luck.
