overclocking for a better performance

should i overclock the CPU and/or the GPU for a better gaming experience ?
My specs :
AMD Athlon II X2 245
Sapphire ATI HD 6670
MSI 770 c-45
Cooler Master elite 332 chassis

Why not. Just keep temps in safe range. Anyway, do not expect a huge performance increase.
