$1400 CAD build! What build would you guys suggest?

Hi! This is my first build and im wondering what you guys think of my build that I have right now.. One thing that I am unsure of would be my mobo. I have no clue which one I should get but the ones I am leaning towards are the MSI z97 Gaming 5, Asus z97-A, Asus VII/VI maximus hero. I mainly need help with the mobo options! If it wasn't for the color of the Asus A I would get it. But that color is hideous to me. I am not sure if I will be overclocking yet! Thanks for your help!!

-Cheaper gpu, same performance.
-Cheaper cpu cooler, cools about the same.
-Removed the SSD. 64gb isn't that big and it's not really worth it considering 120gb is just an extra ~$20 more. You should save up and upgrade to a SSD later.
-Used all of this money to upgrade to an i7-4770k which will definitely help in CAD.

Thanks for your input:) I agree with the SSD and GPU for sure, I dont think I will fully use the i7 though because games wont utilize the full potential i7's have to offer. Thanks again! :D

Oh damn this is a gaming build? I thought it was a CAD (the software CAD) build haha.

-Downgraded back to an i5 as games do not utilize the hyperthreading of an i7.
-8gb of ram is plenty for gaming.
-Upgraded to a stronger GPU - the R9-290.
-Added a 240gb SSD.
