My specs:
Intel Core i3-2120 CPU @3.30 GHz
8.00GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

I've been having this problem for the past few days since Watch dogs was released. When I started up the game it just kept crashing on me 5 mins in to the game each time. I then tried to play the new Wolfenstein game and that did had the same issue. So I started looking on forums and they all said it was to do with my Driver so I downloaded the latest one which was released specifically for Watch Dogs which was the AMD 14.6 driver, I still had the same issue with Watch dogs but it was a bit better then previously and now Wolfenstein was getting even worse and was crashing even more frequently. I understand that my specs are not the best but I'm able to run most advanced games pretty well like Arma 3 or Battlefield 4 and Assassins creed 4 Black Flag. So trying to resolve this issue I tried previous drivers and it started getting worse. I must have changed drivers about 10 or more times I tried all the way back to version 8.9 to the most recent one being 14.6 . After about a day or two of trying to sort the issue back I decided to just wait for an Update for the game to sort it out, however I went back to casually playing CS:GO but this randomly started to crash about 30 mins in to gameplay and I thought this was a bit odd because it never did this before and I just thought It was randomly crash but then it started happening more frequently and this was every game so I tried to sort this out by using ccleaner and registry recovery and completely uninstalling all AMD components and drivers and reinstalling fresh ones. I bought the elder scrolls Oblivion the other day and decided to have a go on it thinking it would work really well because its an old game but I can't even play the game without it crashing to a black screen. I decided to completely wipe my C drive with the windows installation disc thinking that a clean wipe would work because my computer was just crashing all the time even when it wasn't on a game and I was just on Google Chrome. I was even getting Blue Screens with the erroe code BC 116 too. After the wipe Everything was fresh and I deleted the windows old. file hoping it would get ride of any corrupt data that I had because that's what forums were saying about my graphics card containing corrupt date or the driver having corrupt data or something, I'm not the best with computers. So after spending all of this afternoon sorting my computer out after the fresh install of Windows, reinstalling Steam and all my games I stored on my D drive and other things, I installed my graphics card from my installation dick I received from AMD which was the 8.9 driver, tried counterstrike and it crashed within 2 mins. So I used a program to uninstall every aspect of the driver and graphics card because I read that it was better to get a clean uninstall to make sure everything is uninstalled correctly and after doing that I ran registry cleaner until it had no issues and then i did a clean install of the 14.4 driver and then tried Counterstrike and it worked for about 30 mins then black screened then came back after a few seconds, I then tried registry cleaner again and went onto Elder Scrolls Oblivion on medium settings to not strain my Pc and it Crashed after about 2 mins. I've been stuck on this for Days and would really appreciate some help, Thank you :)

I would Recommend you Download Ubuntu and install it!,Try giving it a little use and see if your issue happens across on the much different OS!
