I building This PC mostly For Gaming... I can't Decide Which RAM I should That Will Support my Mobo.. Need Help.. :(

I would never buy an 8 GB ram for gaming right now because the days of 8Gb is over. Most games require more than 8Gb ram to play them in Ultra settings with 60 FPS. Although for an entry level gamer 8Gb would be more than enough.

since you have mentioned you also do 3D animation the 16GB would do great.

since you have not brought a module I would recommend that you buy none of the above memory sticks.

Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3 16 GB PC RAM (KHX21C11T3K2/16X) this would be my choice
It has a lower latency there by proving you some slight improvement in performance and fps.
also supports Dual channel operation hence 10% more improvement.
also is clocked at 2133Mhz so it should be able to transfer large chunks of data for 3D animations
