I will playing at 1920 x 1080 most of the time and most games will be on high or ultra settings. Also i originally was going for a single 780Ti but after a bit of research i found the 2 770's to be faster by a bit of a margain, but i also found that not all games support SLI so personally i think either are fine.

Some games have incompatibilities with SLI some you will run it with a single GTX 770. Some games have difficult SLI scaling thus you may not see a huge boost. Some games may not run SLI at all. You consume more power than a single gtx 780i. i think gaming on a single 1080p is already enough and it would still be fine with 2 monitors.
But when it works it is better than a 780Ti.

Really wise choice of components but why not go for an i7? An i5 will limit the capabilities of this system in the future imho... Plus, I would take an aftermarket CPU cooler for the ultimate overclocking experience :p

i5 is enough for gaming and will not limit anything really. There hasn't been a huge leap in cpu development so an i7 has diminishing return for the price.
The H100i is a good cpu cooler for overclocking.

Yes, I would take an i7 but even with that i5 it will perform very good. It's up to you ;)

As for a cpu cooler, even if you are planning to slightly overclock, an aftermarket cooler is a must.

The H100i is an aftermarket cpu cooler. It is a AIO water cpu cooler.
