Need Help Deciding First Upgrade

What do you guys think i should improve first?

Motherboard: ASRock Extreme3 R2.0
CPU: AMD 8 core FX 8320
Case: NZXT Phantom 410
Video: Asus GTX 660
Power: XFX Pro 750W
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD SATA 6GBS
Optical Drive: Samsung Optical Drive SH-224DB/BEBE
Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4) 240-Pin

If the upgrade is for gaming... the gfx card. Budget?

It is for gaming. and Probably like 500-750 for a couple parts.

With that processor (OC'd) and that PSU, you could spend it all on a GTX 780 Ti or R9-290X and still have money left over.

At 1080p, that would be a beast in most games.

There's not much else to improve on except maybe switching to Intel for a bit more IPC. But the cost of the processor and motherboard would eat up most of the budget. And you'd still have the same performance until you upgraded the gfx card. If it were mine, I'd opt for as much gfx card as you felt you wanted to spend.
