Upgrading GPU on a budget (250$)

Hi! I'm new to the site and I am looking for suggestions on a new GPU for my computer. I currently have a AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series, and I have been searching around and would honestly like some opinions on what to upgrade to. I have been looking at this GeForce GTX 760 on NCIXUS. My budget is about 250$ and once again was just wondering if anyone has any better suggestions then what I'm currently looking at.
