Im looking for a cheap GPU I have a 300 watt PSU. Pentium D 945 3.4 Ghz 4 GB RAM Windows 7 OS. Just looking for something cheap to replace the stock 64 mb card that I have. A GT 210 would be OK.

Because all cheap/low end cards perform about the same, just go buy the cheapest. As long as they are from the same generation there shouldn't be any real reason to buy one over another.

Whichever you find that costs the least. If its the GT610 then its that one. AMD has their APUs so low end cards are normally made by Nvidia.

maybe a cheap hd6570 would be decent to pair with that since prices on the hd6670 seem to have gone up, it doesn't require a power plug

You can go on craigslist and people would have used working cards for 10-20 each

There's a pretty reputable looking company that's been selling new pull out Dell VisionTek Radeon VT GDDR5 HD 5670s for $32 with free shipping I noticed a while back. It should run fine off of your power supply and you might actually be able to play some older games(l4d2, Bioshock2, etc) with it.
